Introduction to Zebra Liquid Enterprises and the role of vocational training in empowerment.
Types of Soap: Overview of liquid soap, bar soap, washing soaps, and bathing soaps.
Soap-Making Ingredients: Oils, fats, lye (caustic soda), essential oils, perfumes and colorants.
Safety Procedures: Handling chemicals and maintaining hygiene in production.
Hands-On Practice:
Preparing the workspace and measuring ingredients accurately.
Making basic bar soap using cold process methods.
Week 2: Soap Production
Liquid Soap Production Techniques: How to make multi-purpose liquid soap (e.g., handwash, shower gel, shampoo).
Bar Soap Production: How to make multi-purpose bar soap like laundry soap, etc.
Troubleshooting Common Issues: Fixing separation, discoloration, and scent fading.

Post-Training Support:
Follow-up for 6 months to help trainees apply their skills and connect to markets.

Assistance with market access and product placement.
Participants will be assessed based on:

Business Plan Presentation: Developing and planning a business idea and concept.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Competency from Zebra Liquid Enterprises, with support in acquiring DIT certification if needed.
